Get Her Hired is Growing ...

New resources, new hires. Let's go!

NEW! The Undeniable Sessions - A Get Her Hired Webinar Series

The Undeniable Sessions aren’t your average webinars because we’re not here for average anything.

This is us, doubling down on our mission at Get Her Hired: helping 10,000 women (and cool men and thems) secure the executive roles they've earned.

We’ll cover everything from how to position yourself for the job you actually want to what it really takes to negotiate like a boss, pivot industries, or rebuild after a layoff.

And because we know we’re not the only ones with game-changing insight, many sessions will feature guest experts (think career coaches, recruiters, negotiation pros, and money strategists) who bring the receipts and the real talk.

We’re not just growing a business. We’re growing a movement. Because being qualified isn’t the goal, being undeniable is. Want to discuss your next move? Let’s talk.

Guys, I did something …. Get Her Hired Just Leveled Up.

Y’all. This is BIG. Lourdes Hernandez-Dayton joined the Get Her Hired dream team in January as a Writer and Strategist, and we couldn’t be more pumped.

Lourdes isn’t just another resume writer. She’s a career alchemist. She listens, she strategizes, and she makes dang sure our clients show up as undeniable. With nearly two decades at Medtronic in compliance, project management, and technical writing, she's "been there", can empathize, and understands how big businesses work. She brings the kind of sharp, strategic thinking that transforms resumes from “meh” to magnetic.

But wait! There’s so much more to Lourdes. She’s deeply committed to sustainability, always looking for ways to create a lasting impact. She gives her time and energy to causes that matter and believes in doing work that makes a difference. When she’s not elevating careers, she’s helping make the world a better place, because that’s just who she is.

And because we LOVE a multi-dimensional queen, here’s what else you need to know about Lourdes:

🐱 Cat mom life is real, and she embraces it fully.
🌎 Skilled in environmental stewardship and sustainability.
⚽ Dedicated soccer enthusiast.
💚 Curious, brilliant, and here to change lives.

So, get ready. You’ll see Lourdes on our calls, in our workshops, at live events, and all over your feed. And trust me, you want her in your corner.

Reply with some love for Lourdes. Let’s give her the welcome she deserves!

REMINDER: Q1 is done.

This Week’s 20-Minute Action Item

You’ve been moving fast. But have you paused to document what you actually did? Because here’s the truth:

  • Your work is NOT going to speak for itself.

  • Not in your next review.

  • Not on your resume.

  • Not when someone’s deciding who’s ready for more.

That’s YOUR job.

Before Q2 takes over, take 15 minutes and write this down:

What did I accomplish in Q1?

Start by looking for:

  • Strategic Impact: Did you solve a problem? Launch something new? Change direction?

  • Business Value: Did you save time? Save money? Drive revenue? Improve efficiency

  • Leadership in Action: Did you lead? Influence? Calm the chaos? Move something forward?

Still stuck? Ask: “What would have happened if I didn’t do this?”

This is how you build your receipts. Because if you don’t track it now, you’ll forget it later.
And if you don’t name it, no one else will.

Write it down. Your performance-review-panicked self will thank you. So will your future hiring manager.

Need help translating your brilliance into data-driven results? That’s literally what we do. Let’s talk.

Want to discuss your next move? Book a call.  And yes we work with men - as long as they don’t mind taking advice from some cool-as-eff women.
