4️⃣ Engineer Page 1 for Impact

  • Your Opening Paragraph (6 lines max): the problems you solve, the scale you play at, and where you’re headed.

  • Core Competencies: 5–7 punchy pairs: “Digital Growth | +42 % online revenue.”

  • Experience Section: action verb, outcome, method. Ditch the fluff; lead with numbers.

5️⃣ Launch the Human Handoff

  1. Apply on the company portal (skip “Easy Apply”).

  2. DM or email 3 insiders—hiring manager, recruiter, potential peer—with a 90‑word note that you applied, and your résumé attached.
