Let’s be painfully clear about this.

Your résumé is the Benito Bowl.
Big stage. Real talent. Earned spotlight. Confetti. Pyro. The whole production.

Imposter syndrome is the bootleg halftime show that sneaks into your brain with a lanyard it printed at home.
Loud. Delusional. Wildly confident for something with zero credentials and no set list.

That’s the problem.

Imposter syndrome isn’t you being unqualified.
It’s the gap between how you feel about yourself and what’s actually true.

It’s the voice that shows up like it OWNS the stadium and starts yelling from the cheap seats:

  • “You just got lucky.”

  • “You’re not ready.”

  • “Everyone else knows more than you.”

  • “Sit this one out.”

Meanwhile, reality is standing there like a bouncer with a clipboard:

  • the results

  • the experience

  • the receipts

  • the fact that you were invited into the room for a reason

So this Thursday, we’re doing what any sane person would do:

We’re cutting the mic on the fake show and putting the spotlight back where it belongs.

LIVE Undeniable Session: Thursday, Feb 12 @ 11am CT

Imposter Syndrome Is Lying to You: How Highly Qualified Women Own Their Expertise

  • Thurs, Feb 12 @ 11am CT

  • Length: 45–60 minutes

  • Anonymous Q&A: YES. Because some thoughts do not need your name attached.

This is not about “being more confident.”
This is about reconciling perception with reality, and stopping a knockoff voice from narrating your career like it’s the headliner.

If your internal commentary doesn’t match the evidence… this conversation is for you. Thursday, the main stage goes back to its rightful owner: YOU.

Yours truly, Kate
